Includes travel within 40 miles roundtrip (20 mile radius)  

 Up to 150 pg document package including printing 2 copies

  Up to 200 pgs

Flat fee up to 30 miles (one way)

Up to 200 pgs. $15 up to 250 pgs.       

Copy fee applies regardless of cancellation or refusal to sign.

Applicable for a wait of 16 minutes to 30 minutes. Will wait first 15 minutes at no extra charge. If longer than 30 minutes client will be a No Show (see below)

After waiting 30 minutes, there is not enough time to complete the signing in time allotted. Full fee and other charges apply.  

Less than five business hours (8:00am-5:00pm) before scheduled appointment. 

 If there are questions during the signing, I attempt to contact the contact person or persons during the signing. When contact is unavailable, I encourage client to write questions on a pad I have for that purpose, and tell them to call their contact person for answers the next business day, assuring them they can cancel the loan within rescission period if their questions are not answered to their satisfaction. If client refuses to sign, full charges apply.  

When resulting in a follow up visit - 5 or fewer pages.
